Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 states. International shipping coming soon!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes around one week, but this is subject to change during peak shipping times and holidays.
How do I track my order?
All orders receive tracking numbers through USPS.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Items can be returned in unopened, unused condition. Custom items cannot be returned.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once item is received back to my studio, refunds are processed within 7-10 days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis, dependent on the item.
